Lt. Joe Vingi is a 24 year veteran of the Providence Fire Department. Prior to being promoted to Lieutenant Joe worked in some of the busiest engine companies in the city. He also worked for 2 years in a Tower Ladder . Presently Lt. Vingi is an Engine Company Officer.
Joe is also a Rescue Squad Officer with RIUSAR Task Force -1, a RIT/Tech Rescue specialists and a Haz-mat officer.
