William Howe, B.A., REMT-P, EMS I/C
Bill Howe is the founder of 911Programs, and holds a B.A. in Homeland Security with a concentration in Emergency and Disaster Management and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Public Safety Administration. A nationally registered EMT-Paramedic for 20 years, Bill has been involved in EMS for over 25 years. He began teaching in CPR and first aid courses in 1991 and has been a licensed EMS Instructor/Coordinator in Rhode Island since 1992. Bill has directed and taught in dozens of courses including CPR Instructor, EMT-Basic, Cardiac, Paramedic, and refreshers. A former combat medic, his accomplishments and personal training are numerous and include the Army Achievement Medal for meritorious service in Germany. Bill is married to Valerie Balzano-Howe, has 5 children, is currently employed as an EMS Supervisor.
